Measurements

The more we measure, the more we understand emissions, leading us to apply the best mitigation actions. From this startup, we perform measurements to obtain high-quality data. These measurements can be carried out with our instruments or with instruments from organizations. The goals can be achieved by applying source-specific detection, quantification and attribution techniques.

For example, in April 2023, we collaborated with the Geology Department at the University of Málaga in the CARISMA project, which aims to detect and attribute methane emissions in the province of Málaga , Spain. The samples will be measured at IMAU’s lab of Utrecht University to determine carbon and hydrogen isotopic signatures of methane molecules.
